It takes a village! A project of this magnitude requires a strong project team. Our team is built of 65+ individuals with expertise, tenure, and is representative of impacted areas. To make the transition as seamless as possible, ÎÞÂëרÇø is partnering with Avaap, a consulting firm, for system implementation and change management support. Together, the consultants and ÎÞÂëרÇø team are working through planning, building, and testing the system. Each area in the project has an identified Avaap consultant, ÎÞÂëרÇø lead, and supported by subject matter experts from ÎÞÂëרÇø. This project offers the opportunity for alignment across departments as the team works together to establish best practices for the future of ÎÞÂëרÇø.
